The road will become Justice Way in future years, the site became the post office, Sainsburys (later Wilkinsons) and Radio Shack (absorbed into Wilkinsons).  The Granby Head is already in situ. Nuneaton Flour Mills off right centre.

Floods in Coton Road, believed to be the 1958 floods.  The Trustees Savings Bank stood on the corner of Princes Street, demolished to build the Roanne Ringway.

Coton Road, 1958.  The shops have long gone, demolished to make the car park and eventually the Rope Walk Multi Storey Car Park.
